Your new companyA manufacturing business based in Wigan are now seeking a Business Support Administrator on a permanent placement. This is an extremely varied role within the organisation, presenting a mix of routine tasks and duties alongside daily challenges, this role requires a person with excellent communication and organisational skills.This role is available due to development, as the business is now expanding and looking to hire on a full-time basis, this role is office based working hours are 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday.
Your new roleAs Business Support Administrator your main duties will include general admin support to higher management such as taking calls, responding to emails, and actioning any enquiries. This is a wide varied position which requires supporting different areas of the business from warehouse to head office, including HR and accounts. Whilst ensuring you follow the departments processes and procedures and ensuring all information is correct and working alongside other team members to ensure all administration work is completed efficiently.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in securing this position, you should have strong administration skills, an excellent telephone manner, proficient Microsoft skills, including excel, etc and a good desire to help others.Alongside this you should be self-motivated and able to use own initiative, flexible and efficient with attention to detail. Be confident overcoming objections and problem solving,with an ability to deal with people from all spectrums of society.
What you'll get in returnIn return, you will be paid a competitive annual salary of £24,000+ depending on experience and will be joining a successful growing business during an exciting period. You will receive 22 days annual leave, plus bank holidays. You will also be working within a social environment, which offer social events, including quarterly get together and other great benefits included. # 4618113
