We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to provide comprehensive support to the Wigan Specialist Community Mental Health Team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, IT competency in Microsoft Office, and a broad range of administrative experience.

The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the managers, minute taking of meetings, typing of letters, filing, diary management, and other general administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Wigan Specialist Community Mental Health Team
  • Minute taking of meetings
  • Typing of letters
  • Filing and document management
  • Diary management and scheduling
  • General administrative duties

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 29 after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years, as well as benefits including cycle to work scheme, salary sacrifice car scheme, and Blue Light Card Discounts.
