Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Training 2000. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in business administration, gaining experience in operations and engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, manage diaries, emails, and phone calls.
  • Assist with diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
  • Organise and maintain digital and physical files for easy access to information.
  • Assist in tracking project progress, deadlines, and key deliverables.
  • Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the manager.
  • Take minutes in meetings and follow up on action points.
  • Support general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.
  • Learn and apply business administration practices, including data entry, record-keeping, and other clerical tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments for smooth workflow.
Training and Development:

BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration, QCF will be provided. Functional Skills Level 2 maths and English can be obtained on the course if you don't already hold these qualifications.

Estimated Salary:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
