Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Relief Recovery Support Worker to join our team in Wigan. As a key member of our Supported Accommodation services, you will play a vital role in ensuring that positive mental health and housing-related support is delivered to all our service users in a personalized way.
Key Responsibilities- To provide practical and emotional support to service users in their own homes or within other settings.
- To work towards enabling service users to live as independently as possible, in accordance with their individual support plans.
- A minimum of twelve months' experience working in the Care and Mental Health sector.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
