Job Overview

The Temporary Administrative Assistant role at Brook Street is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support our admin team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling enquiries from Magistrates, responding to correspondence, and dealing with telephone calls.
  • Taking accurate notes and action points at meetings.
  • Preparing reports for the Magistrate's committees.
Requirements
  • GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English Language or equivalent qualification.
  • NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Salary and Benefits

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits package.
