Administrative Officer

**Responsibilities**:
Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Schedule and coordinate appointments with external contractors to ensure compliance across our sites.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents, including formatting, proofreading, and editing.
Provide administrative support to staff and management.
Assist the parts team with administrative tasks.
Monitor and maintain office equipment, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating repairs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and legislation.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of office procedures and equipment maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
The position is contingent upon undergoing pre-employment checks conducted by CNG Fuels, which may include, but are not limited to: Driving Licence checks, qualification checks, DBS checks & Right to Work.
