As an **On-Call Care Specialist** (Care Assistant) at Bridgewater Home Care you can expect a rewarding and varied role.

This role is a **weekend only role**, and is perfect for those looking for extra weekend work with flexibility to fit around your normal weekly responsibilities

Here's some of the things you might get up to, day-to-day:

- **Companionship visits**, spending valuable time with clients
- **On Call Duties **- weekend working hours for client visits or covering other administrative duties
- Meetings and **catch ups at your Bridgewater office **with the rest of your team
- Carrying out **Spot Checks** and **Competency Checks**:

- **Administrative** duties where required
- Supporting clients with **household duties** and light housekeeping
- Providing **personal hygiene care**, where needed
- Being there as a **caring friend** to provide emotional support
- Ensuring clients are **safe and comfortable**, living well in the comfort of their home
- Supporting the wider Bridgewater Home Care team with any other weekend tasks
