In the role of Human Resources Co-ordinator, your key focus will be to:

- provide an initial point and warm welcome to all colleagues
- produce a daily HR newsletter
- collect and distribute internal and external mail
- prepare any letters and references colleagues may require
- prepare and submit monthly payroll pack and keep all the information on Fourth system up to date
- maintain and update digital and traditional notice boards
- ensure that all filing is dealt with efficiently and that filing cabinets are maintained and audited periodically
- assist the HR Manager in delivery of social events

Do you have?
- previous experience of working in an administrative role is essential
- previous experience of working in hospitality is preferable
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- great attention to detail
- strong organisation and administrative skills
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and HR/Payroll systems such as Fourth Hospitality
- a warm, welcoming and friendly approach
