At NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapies, we're looking for a Referral Co-ordinator who will oversee and actively manage new referrals into the service for patients with more complex mental health problems, long term health conditions and / or who are associated with risk

We provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based psychological interventions, through a stepped care treatment model to people in the local community, who are dealing with common mental health problems. We are building on our excellent reputation of delivering high-quality NICE recommended treatment working closely with Oxfordshire Mind and Principal Medical Limited.

In this role, you will liaise closely with other NHS Oxfordshire Talking Therapy colleagues, Senior Duty and Day Supervisors, key stakeholder groups and secondary care where necessary to ensure referrals are triaged to the appropriate care pathway within the appropriate time frame.

This is a new role that will enable you to progress your skills and knowledge of IAPT primary care, secondary care services, and reinforce the interface with Primary Mental He.
