We have a position available for a full-time office administrator to be filled for maternity leave cover. In this role, you will be working alongside the administrative team at our headquarters in Greenbank Industrial Estate, Newry.

Duties include:

- Daily running of the office including answering the phone and greeting visitors, filing etc.
- Processing of weekly bills including raising invoices, chasing payments and keeping payment system up to date
- Taking orders from customers and preparing production reports for the next day.
- Supporting team members with any other administrative tasks that may arise.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Experience of Sage 50 Accounts preferable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Efficient and reliable
- Good Teamwork skills

Corn Dolly is a multi-award-winning family run artisan bakery with over 34 years’ experience, located at our headquarters in Greenbank Industrial Estate, Newry. We have two brick and mortar shops, one located in Marcus Square in Newry and the other on Church St, Warrenpoint. We also have a dedicated bakery counter inside Mulkerns Spar shop on the Forkhill Road in Cloughoge. Corn Dolly supplies many products to numerous stores across Newry and the surrounding area, from Crossmaglen to Kilkeel and Annalong. Every day we produce freshly made bread products, along with various confectionary and cakes, including celebration cakes for birthdays, weddings, engagements, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
