We are looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join our HR Business Partnering and Advisory Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for an entry to HR Advisory role. This vacancy is available for 6 months on a Fixed Term or Secondment basis.

Our HRBP and Advisory team delivers a high-quality HR service providing support and advice for line managers and staff both face to face and virtually. We are part of the HR Directorate working alongside other teams such as Resourcing, Organisational Development, Payroll and Workforce Information.

The focus of this role is on providing efficient and effective administrative support to the HR Advisory and Business Partnering team. Typical duties include being the first line of contact for general policy related queries from line managers and staff, administering the Trust's Job Evaluation process and supporting the team with reviewing and updating HR policies.

We are looking for applicants who have strong communication and administrative skills, ideally HR-related, to effectively plan, organise and prioritise workloads. Most importantly we are looking for someone whose behaviours are consistent with the Trust values and expected behaviours and who supports and promotes equality and diversity.
