We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a HR Administrator for one of their Clients

Role: HR Administrator
Contract Length: for 8-12 weeks assignment
Location: Hybrid - Will be required to attend the Peterborough office for induction and attend progress review meetings during the assignment

Minimum Requirement:

  • Education background and preferable Single Central Record experience
  • Will be required to work without direct supervision
  • High attention for detail and accuracy, ability to manage/process sensitive and confidential information
  • Extract data from ATS/OLEO recruitment system
  • Be able to use Sharepoint filing and Teams SCR/spreadsheets
  • Temporary administrator to support the people team. They will be supporting with some of the compliance HR data requirements for colleagues working in regulated roles. This will include moving data from the recruitment system into colleagues personal files, data input onto the single central record (SCR), tracking of DBS compliance, and ensuring documentation is Ofsted ready.
  • Professional and efficient Administrator for 8-12 weeks assignment.
  • Will be required to work without direct supervision, high attention for detail and accuracy, ability to manage/process sensitive and confidential information, extract data from ATS/OLeEO recruitment system, use SharePoint filing and Teams SCR/spreadsheets.
