**About the role**:

- The HR & Talent Administrator role will hold a unique view of our organisation and be able to directly influence the experience of our colleagues as they pass through our recruitment and onboarding processes. The role holder will also support a range of initiatives designed to create a great place to work for our colleagues.This role is very much the gateway to HR - managing people cases raised through ServiceNow, and being the liaison point with our internal managed service Payroll team. It would suit a real problem solver, someone who gets a buzz from putting things right for colleagues. If you want to make a real difference every day to the experience our colleagues receive, including improving processes and supporting our automation agenda, then this role should interest you.Daily tasks will include maturing straightforward colleague queries, working closely with the Talent Acquisition and IT teams to ensure the end-to-end joiner, mover and leaver processes are managed flawlessly, managing procurement and travel enquiries, supporting occupational health processes and all on-boarding & induction of new starters such as pre-employment checks, contracts of employment, health screening, processing leavers, policy enquiries and other basic HR queries. There is great exposure to the breadth of HR disciplines in this role.In this role your key responsibilities will be:
- Processing all aspects of the new starter process on ResourceLink, working collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition teams in both the UK and Kochi.
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding processes such as contract and offer letter production, Zellis Background Checking initiation, Kays Medical health referral and initiation of onboarding module.
- Being the main point of contact in the team for leaver administration, e.g. leaver letters, manager checklists, exit surveys.
- Maturing routine colleague queries logged through ServiceNow against defined SLAs.
- Being the main point of contact in the team for the completion of referencing out requests.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement/automation as appropriate.
- Ensuring appropriate level of data protection and confidentiality are always applied to any work undertaken.
- Promoting colleague and manager self-service using the various channels available, e.g. HR Toolkit, MyView.
- Ensuring all data is accurately collated and processed within the deadlines for monthly payroll and colleague processes.
- General administration duties to support the wider HR team.
- Raising requisitions and process administration of offers.
- Completing and maintaining ‘right to work’ logs for all new starters.
- Processing invoices for suppliers and external agencies.
- Posting job adverts onto external channels such as job boards.
