**HR Administrator**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join our friendly and forward-thinking team.

The Beeches UK provide support and care for children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours, promoting independence and choice. We value individual uniqueness and diversity and achieving outcomes that matter most to the children and young people we care for.

**Administrative duties include**:

- Recruitment, advertising, shortlisting applicants, conducting telephone screening, and arranging face-to-face interviews
- Managing and updating personal records.
- Resignation acknowledgment and exit interviews
- Probations and retention Interviews
- Communicating with the Registered Homes Managers and supporting on ER questions
- General office admin tasks
- Actioning employer reference requests
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified but not essential
- Administrative experience with a good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Office, as well as good telephone manner.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills.
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.
- An ability to work independently and on your own initiative within specified guidelines or processes.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to deal with colleagues at all levels.
- An ability to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
- Knowledge of Ofsted desirable.
