Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team in Peterborough. As an HR Administrator, you will be a key member of our People function, working closely with the HR Advisor and Director to deliver a full support role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Capture and create monthly payroll reports detailing all hours worked, changes, alterations, and updates for submission to the finance department and outsourced payroll provider.
  2. Deliver support to hiring managers to successfully manage recruitment campaigns through onboarding, including reference checking, right to work checks, qualification checks, etc.
  3. Administer benefits and pensions data to ensure timely and accurate maintenance, providing a seamless service to colleagues.
  4. Maintain the HR system (Cronos) to ensure up-to-date and relevant data extraction.
  5. Manage training records, including the training matrix.
  6. Provide administrative support to the HR Advisor and Director, including diary management, expenses, document production, and expense processing.
Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary is offered for this role, estimated at £25,000 - £30,000 per annum based on the job requirements and location. Additional benefits include enhanced pension, 25 days holiday, BUPA cash plan, and discretionary bonus.
