CV-Library is seeking an HR Administrator to join our Peterborough-based team. As HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization and contributing to its overall success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal enquiries relating to HR, providing timely and professional responses to stakeholder inquiries.
  • Assist the HR team in various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with best practices in HR and administrative support.
  • A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered for this full-time position in Peterborough.
