Job Description

We are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to join our team at CV-Library. As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR function in various aspects, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

You will work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an HR environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • To assist with recruitment activities, including advertising job vacancies, managing applications, and arranging interviews.
  • To maintain accurate records of employee data, including leave, attendance, and performance.
  • To conduct research and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • To prepare reports and presentations on HR-related topics, including metrics and key performance indicators.
  • To assist with the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
Requirements
  1. A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. At least 6 months' experience working in an HR environment.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Benefits

Salary: £26,500 per annum.

Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

Contract: Permanent.

Hours: Full Time.
