
Office Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at a dynamic engineering business in the UK.
Job Summary- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm (flexible with hybrid opportunities available)
- Estimated Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day office operations, including managing the Director's diary, emails, and travel arrangements. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate filing systems, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations with advanced Excel skills when required.
- Assist with the management of allocated workloads for engineers during peak periods.
- Provide general office support and assist with ad-hoc duties as needed.
- 24 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
- Work mobile and Apple Mac Laptop provided
- Hybrid working opportunities
