We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our HR department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  3. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes and systems.
  6. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including management, employees, and external partners.
  7. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  8. Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with best practices in HR and administrative support.
  9. Other duties as assigned by the Head of HR.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) is offered for this full-time position.
