HR Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Management**: Handle payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for warehouse staff. Collaborate with the HR Manager teams to guarantee seamless payroll operations.
- **Induction and Onboarding**: Conduct comprehensive inductions for new warehouse employees, ensuring they are familiar with safety protocols, company policies, and job expectations. Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
- **Rota Management**: Develop and maintain staff rotas, taking into consideration workload, staffing levels, and employee preferences. Ensure optimal staffing coverage to meet warehouse operational requirements.
- **HR Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including contracts, job descriptions, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality regulations.
- **Employee Relations**: Address employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts professionally and confidentially. Promote a positive work environment and mediate interpersonal issues when necessary.
- **Compliance**: Stay informed about relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure the warehouse's HR practices align with legal requirements.
- Assist with the administration of HR programs and processes, including but not limited to employee onboarding, benefits enrollment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Support HR team with various administrative tasks as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in HR administration, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, including calculations, deductions, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred or relevant CIPD qualification, minimum level 5.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
**Reporting**: This role reports to the HR Manager.
