Job Title: HR Generalist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Genesis Technology Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintenance of accurate personnel records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to promote proactive and effective in-house recruitment.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR documents.
  • Assisting with payroll data and salary administration.
  • Interviewing candidates to assess their qualifications and fit with our company culture.
  • Preparing regular reports on recruitment activities.
  • Consulting with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs.
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records updated.

Requirements:

  1. Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role.
  2. Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  3. Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  4. Punctual, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
