Who We Are Looking For?
Work pattern:
50% Hybrid office working, 37.5 hours in the Aberdeen Office. Some travel will be required.
**Responsibilities**:
The HR Resourcing Partner will be accountable for, but not limited to:
- Translating the recruitment strategy into recruitment action plans that meet business objectives
- Working closely with Business Partners to understand the business requirements for future hires
- Creating strategies and building talent pipelines in order to help with KCAD’s future growth and progression
- Sourcing top talent by using a range of recruitment methods, to bring into the business, people to grow with KCAD for years to come
- Identification of improving Recruitment approaches and driving change for the better
- Embedding diversity principles in all elements of resourcing
- Building the company’s professional network thought relationships with resourcing professionals, colleges, universities and other external partners
- Proactively engaging with senior managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Providing guidance and recommendations to HRBP’s and Hiring Managers
- Staying up to date on legislation changes that impact staff/contractors and recommend business changes
- Participating in job fairs and career events
- In country visits to assess country recruitment activities and identification of global efficiency opportunities
**Experience**:
Experience of an in-house multinational Recruitment organisation at business partner level
Prior experience working on various national and/or international recruitment projects
Knowledge of roles within a drilling organisation and commercial awareness
Team worker skills and the ability to support and develop others
Experience of pro-actively recruiting difficult to fill roles
Up to date knowledge of relevant employment law
HR/Recruitment qualification/professional membership desirable
Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
Experience of organising resourcing campaigns in international locations as well as the UK
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and proactively under limited supervision
