Human Resource Partner - Aberdeen - €50 - 60k

Do you have experience building lasting relationships with key senior stakeholders, taking ownership of really driving progress across recruitment strategy, retention and employee engagement initiatives? Can you spin lots of plates, manage end to end complex projects and demonstrate innovation with effectiveness in promoting engagement? Do you naturally go above and beyond expectations?

**Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner role include**:

- Work autonomously, acting as a true business partner with several key senior stakeholders
- Coach and mentor for the HR team in the delivery of HR priorities and initiatives.
- Drive progress on long-term people plan goals across the business and people development, including DE&I, wellbeing, HR policies and compliance.
- Adding value especially with employee relation issues and other projects supporting managers in areas such as sales, compliance and finance

**Key skills or background required for the Senior HR Business Partner role include**:

- Significant business partnering experience, ideally within a matrix management organisation
- Significant experience handling complex employee relations cases
- Experience of (or desire to) coach and mentor colleagues within the HR team
- Previous experience of large TUPE related projects is also preferred

**Salary**: £50,000.54-£60,000.80 per year
