Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Stangate HR.
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR team, handling various tasks such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll information and assist with monthly payroll processes
- Support HR processes, escalating complex queries to senior HR professionals
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports for senior management
- Process and track new starters, internal moves, and resignations
- Manage employee benefit schemes and deal with employee matters such as maternity, paternity, and pensions
Requirements:
- Strong administration or HR generalist experience
- Payroll experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ADP and HRIS systems
What We Offer:
This is a permanent position with flexible working hours (25-30 hours per week) and the opportunity to work from home with occasional visits to our UK facilities.
