Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Stangate HR is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and will provide support with payroll processing, HR guidance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining HR records, processing new hires, and managing employee benefits.
  • Assist with payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and reconciliations.
  • Offer HR guidance and support to employees, including resolving conflicts, addressing concerns, and providing information on company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to source and recruit top talent.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports, including metrics on employee engagement, turnover, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience with payroll processing and HR software, including ADP and HRIS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
