**Job Purpose**

The Presentation & Standards Coordinator is responsible for managing the cleaning operation for our whole site at KidZania London. This includes ensuring the cleanliness of the premises and ensuring the cleaning team carry out the cleaning to the highest required standard. This involves supervising and motivating a team of cleaning staff and carrying out regular inspections to ensure that standards are maintained.

The Presentation & Standards Coordinator will be hands on and will share their knowledge and expertise whilst working with the Cleaning team.

This position is also responsible for ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Inspecting all areas to ensure cleaning duties are completed to a high standard while adhering to cleaning schedules, company processes and policies
- Attending meetings and preparing for weekly cleans as necessary
- Holding monthly meetings and one to one meetings with staf
- Ready to be hands on to assist staff as required
- Monitoring quantities of cleaning products and equipment and replenishing as required
- Performance management and development of the Cleaning Team
- Ensure all employee records are kept up to date and log incidences for Human Resources
- Manage resources to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures including, recruitment, staff performance, training, development and appraisals
- Delegating workloads and creating rotas for the team, in the event of sickness or absence to provide appropriate cover

**Essential Criteria**
- Awareness of the use of cleaning equipment and techniques and an understanding of safe working practices
- Experienced at leading and managing a team
- Able to work in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to co-ordinate a range of duties and meet deadlines
- Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
- Passionate about customer service and standards, particularly cleanliness
- A good communicator and solutions focussed
- Aware of health and safety in the work place

- Similar background preferably within the attractions, hospitality, entertainment, retail sectors
