We currently have an excellent and rare opportunity with one of our clients, a Sports organisation based in Scotland, who are looking to recruit a HR Assistant to join their team

Reporting to the Senior HR Advisor, you will be required to deliver a range of HR services, providing best practice advice and support with regard to recruitment and selection, employee lifecycle changes, and HR related administration.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Liaise with and support managers, employees, and workers to ensure that Company policies, procedures, and processes are followed and understood.
- Provide support and advice to line managers with the recruitment process including zero hour Workers and Volunteers, temporary and permanent roles, legislative requirements, Company policy and eligibility checks to help managers attract the best talentpossible.
- Prepare contractual documentation to be reviewed related to employee life cycle changes and new starters.
- Liaise with the Finance department to process payroll changes including new starts, amendments, and terminations.
- Manage the HR department's filing and archiving, ensuring all employee-related documentation is accurate from onboarding paperwork to exit documentation and that information for payroll processing is up to date.
- Monitor and manage the HR staffing list to ensure line managers are well informed of probationary period and Fixed Term Contracts coming to an end.
- Assist the Senior HR Advisor with the data migration and implementation of the new HR system (NetSuite).
- Contribute to embedding a performance management culture across Company departments as a means of driving business improvement by ensuring clear objectives, feedback, and the improvement of customer service.
- Provide administrative support with football transfer related activities including domestic and international transfers.
