Facilities Helpdesk Administrator

CC Cousins are a busy growing Facilities Solutions company who have been established for more than 40 years. **We are looking for a confident, proactive Facilities Administrator to work on our fast paced Helpdesk**, the role includes liaising with clients and subcontractors for repairs on commercial properties.
**Duties to include**:
- Updating the inhouse database and clients systems
- Liaising with subcontractors of specialist trades to arrange attendance
- Updating clients with the progress of jobs
- Closing jobs down once complete and passing through to accounts
- Previous experience in a Customer administrative role
- The ability to organise and prioritise in a fast paced environment
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm alternating weekly. Plus on call Rota of 1 in every 4 weeks.
