Job Overview:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Regional Administration Officer to support the Greater London and South East region, working across 20 prison sites to provide critical administrative support.

\

This role will involve ensuring the smooth and safe operation of these essential services, impacting every prisoner, employee, visitor, and the wider community.

\

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively, as well as proficiency in IT systems, including CAFM, Oracle, and Microsoft Office Suite.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling staff records, such as annual leave, sickness, timesheets, and expenses\
  • Providing administrative support to the Facilities Maintenance Team\
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of administrative tasks\
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals\
  • Contributing to the development of processes and procedures to improve efficiency\
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases\
  • Performing other related duties as required\
