Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

Join us at Charalle Group Careers as a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator We are a Catholic Secondary School based in Rochester, and we are looking for someone to support our Premised Manager in maintaining the security and upkeep of our school premises.
Your key responsibilities will include patrolling the site, securing gates, doors, and windows, and dealing with any incidents that may arise. You will work closely with the management team to identify and address any issues related to the maintenance and security of the premises.
As part of our commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for our students and staff, you will be expected to engage in preventative maintenance activities to eliminate potential hazards and take responsibility for checks and inspections.
We are offering a competitive salary of **£30,000 - £35,000 per annum** for this role, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including training and development opportunities.
