About the Role:
The Training Support Administrator will be part of the Development and Partnerships Operations, reporting directly to the Qualifications and Quality Assurance Manager. You will play a vital role in supporting the charity's busy and highly effective training team by providing administrative support, maintaining databases, and ensuring the smooth delivery of training programs.

Contract Details:

Our client is a leading national charity with a mission to eradicate poverty and promote efficiency to vulnerable communities. With a staff of 150 across the UK, they work in partnership with various organisations to make a positive impact.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist with the successful delivery of the charity's training and assessment programs by providing support to the Qualifications and Quality Assurance Manager, Training Coordinator, and other team members.
Handle and maintain training and assessment data, support e-learning and online training activities, and adhere to quality assurance standards.
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, filing, data inputting, and handling inquiries.
Ensure compliance with policies for Quality Assurance, HR, GDPR, IT, records retention, and risk management.
Support other responsibilities as agreed from time to time.
Provide administrative support to the training team.
Maintain and update databases and CRM systems.
Assist with the organisation of training events and activities.
Support e-learning and online training delivery.
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying and filing.
Adhere to quality assurance systems and processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Assist with data handling and analysis for evaluation purposes.Requirements:

Previous experience in a busy office environment
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
