Training Administrator & Delivery Associate

New Training Administrator & Delivery Associate opportunity within the Public Sector in a Central Government Department. This is a superb opportunity for someone wanting a flexible work pattern to support their personal responsibilities and career goals.

As part of your role you will deliver and facilitate training workshops, show & tells and presentations face to face and online virtually. Carry out administrative tasks to support the Digital Training Team.

Essential:

* You will have a proven track record in either delivering M365 apps training OR can evidence you have used M365 for work for a minimum of 2 years and have some training experience.

* Training delivery both face to face including one to one and large groups, with some live virtual sessions using Google meet / MS Teams.

* Training administrative support.

* Experience in change management and adoption.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and show a willingness to support the objectives for the training team and enhance its reputation.

Desirable:

* Ideally you will have a proven track record in either delivering Google Workspace apps training OR can evidence you have used Google Workspace for work for a minimum of 2 years and have some training experience.

* Experience administering and running working groups, ideally a training working group.

* Understanding of the training cycle.

* Worked on or have experience of working on a transformation project or product.
