**Job Description**:
**Project Support Administrator**
Our Public Sector client are looking for a Project Support Administrator to join their team. This role will initially be fully office-based however there is some scope for home working after the initial training period.

**Key details**:

- 3 month temporary assignment
- On-site in Newcastle upon Tyne
- ASAP start
- Need to be BPSS cleared

**The role and responsibilities**:

- Supporting the wider team with administrative duties, including preparing and collating information.
- Support Local Delivery Leads in the team to create efficiency's, eg joint roster administration, training, meetings etc.
- Offering further support to the team through carrying out general admin tasks. This could be setting up meetings, producing agendas, recording meetings and actions.
- Assisting the Training Lead with delivery of training and exercises, arranging and facilitating sessions.
- Roster administration.

**What we are looking for**:

- Good admin experience
- Confident with IT, picking up new systems and familiar with the Microsoft package.
- Team player with great communication skills.
