Full Time Hours
Salary negotiable based on experience
4 weeks holiday + BH

Duties include
Administrative tasks: Completing paperwork, documentation, and administration
Supporting conveyancing searches: Analysing and verifying checks on a property
Liaising with clients: Communicating with multiple stakeholders, managing expectations, and taking phone calls
Preparing and drafting documents: Audio typing, sending out letters, emails, and faxes, and preparing bills
Opening and closing files: Using a case management system called Inteliworks to create and manage client files
Assisting with financial duties: Inputting time recording, preparing bills, and checking levels of work in progress
Photocopy, print, scan, and organise couriers
Monitor post and emails
Deal with basic queries and general administration
Chase relevant parties
