My client is looking for an experienced Administrator to support the Residential and Commercial asset management team by providing high quality comprehensive and confidential support by carrying out the following tasks:

* Organise and monitor incoming post, deliveries and email inboxes

* Answer the main phone line and divert calls

* Schedule and organise formal and informal meetings

* Occasional minute taking

* Support the wider team with adhoc administrative tasks

* Raise PO’s and update fee trackers

* Assist with tenant questionnaire, insurance documents and other important asset paperwork

* And much more….

Suitable candidates will possess the following:

* Strong administration background with proven longevity with previous employers

* Experience in minute taking is preferred

* Housing or construction experience is preferred

* Must be able to demonstrate an in-depth comprehensive level of knowledge, understanding and experience of successfully working in a busy office environment within a team

This is initially a 3 month fixed term contract with the potential to turn into a permanent role depending on a number of factors.

Additional information:

* 37 hours per week

* Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (30-40 minutes for lunch)

* Hybrid working arrangements available

* Salary circa £27,000 depending on experience
