**Working Hours**:
- 37.5 - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, working hours can vary between an 8.30 or 9am start time and finish at 5.30pm
**Driving Licence Required**:
- Yes
We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy environment.
You will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales teams. Administrator experience is required but previous experience as a vehicle sales administrator will be an advantage along with proficient IT skills; however, specific industry training will be given.
You will be extremely organised, confident, have great attention to detail.
**Role Responsibilities**
- Raising sales invoices
- Registering warranties and additional policies
- Raising work request orders
- File auditing, to ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines
- Daily banking and petty cash
- Various ad-hoc duties within the dealership
- At busy times, you will be required to assist the service department with bookings and telephone handling
