**Administrative Supervisor**

St Ewe Free Range Eggs is a family owned and run food business and we farm sustainably, employ locally, are environmentally conscious and work hard to make sure that we have a minimum impact on the world’s resources.

We have enjoyed incredible success in recent years, and this is an exciting time to join in the fun. Through our vision and innovation, we are continuing to rapidly grow, develop new product lines and expand our operations.

We require an **Administrative Supervisor** to work within our main office full-time and permanent.

**The Role**

We are also growing, and growth means we must better understand the data we have access to in order to make evidence-based decisions and track our progress against our commitments.

Teamwork and team spirit are key as it is fast paced and active department.

**Responsibilities include and not limited to**:
Responsible for the Admin Team including reviews and holiday approvals.
- Creating a Demand spreadsheet for the allocation of stock (calculated by inbound egg numbers)
- Liaison with the Production Planner and Sales Team on order fulfilment
- Daily progress updates on team workload
- Internal data management and input on behalf of the Sales, Operations, Logistics, Agriculture, Technical, Finance and Marketing teams
- Retail data management and input on behalf of the Sales team
- Management of paperwork and secure data storage
- Maintaining stock of general office wellbeing items e.g., Stationary, tea, coffee etc
- Ensuring transport has been booked and ensure delivery has arrived and on time
- Monitoring and responding to customer queries in a timely manner
- Stock taking of our packaging and consumable items
- Supporting wider office and operational activities
- Understanding of business operations and standards to support decision making
- Observe and implement new ways of working for continuous improvement
- Inspire, train and develop the administrative team
- Other responsibilities may be required from time to time to meet with demand

- Be proficient in using Word and Spreadsheets
- Have the ability to quickly learn and understand new information and systems
- Experience in a similar role

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
