We are looking for an experienced and energetic **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our packing centre team to support the rapid growth of our business.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for the warehouse functions of the business at our grading centre. This includes incoming and outgoing materials. Working as a key member of the packing centre team you will ensure that our business operates in a planned, organised, efficient and safe way, whilst maintaining the St Ewe Eggs family culture.
Experience of the food industry including food production is essential.

**Responsibilities include**:

- To provide leadership and set an excellent example to the warehouse team.
- To ensure an environment of team engagement, training and development is progressed and the St Ewe Eggs culture is actively supported across the business.
- Improving ways of working and reducing waste.
- Checking all orders are picked correctly.
- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated and followed within the team.
- Ensure accuracy of all inputted data.
- Carry out quality checks on all incoming eggs.
- Attend meetings as required.
- Report in to the Head of Production.
- Delivering an exceptional service for all our producers and customers
- During a period of intense growth, develop a strong pervasive culture of Service Excellence ensuring that the brand of St Ewe Eggs is protected and enhanced and the quality of the services to our producers and customers are continually reviewed and improved.
- To continually motivate all the team and build capability and morale, ensuring day to day positive management with staff appraisals and developing the team to their potential.
- Other responsibilities may be required from time to time in order to meet with demand.

**The Applicant**

The successful applicant will:

- Have proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor within the food manufacturing industry.
- Have a fork lift licence.
- Great communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and detail.
- Ability to prioritise workload and remain organised.
- Have excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Work well under pressure.
- Work proactively.
- Work as part of a team.
