Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Business Development Manager - Staffing/Recruitment. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business targets. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for market research, proposal writing, and contract negotiations.
Qualifications
* Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
* Experience in the staffing/recruitment industry
* Market Research and Strategic Planning skills
* Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Knowledge of MSP programs and vendor management
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Certifications in Business Development or Sales Management are a plus
