Award winning, industry leading Property Management Services Company requires a dynamic and innovative Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Your role will be to identify new business opportunities and potential clients, whilst simultaneously preserving strong relationships with the large existing client base. Responsibilities will include developing effective sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities and preparing and delivering presentations to prospective clients. This is a UK based WFH role with the expectation of approx. 4-5 days of expensed travel per month. The BDM should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ideally, should have background in Proptech ,Property Management or Lettings experience.
