Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer base in the construction and heavy equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct outbound calls to existing, lapsed, and potential customers to introduce our range of undercarriage parts and ground-engaging tools.

* Follow up on leads generated from digital marketing campaigns and engage customers to build strong relationships.

* Maintain and update our CRM database, ensuring accuracy in customer data, including product needs and equipment details.

* Drive new business development by identifying growth opportunities, upselling and cross-selling relevant products to increase revenue.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales, particularly in the construction or heavy equipment sector.

* Ability to work independently and within a team, driving sales success.

* Strong communication and phone-based selling skills with excellent negotiation abilities.

* Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.

* High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
