Salary: Basic Salary up to £32,000pa, OTE £60000pa
Brook Street are partnering with a well established estate agency firm in the Norwich area and are recruiting for an experience residential lettings manager on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & mentoring the team to achieve set KPI's
Monitoring and assessing team members performance.
Conducting daily team meetings.
Generating new and repeat business.
Encouraging development and progression within the team.
Liaising with tenants and landlords to arrange property viewing.
Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies.
Following compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
Reducing financial risk within the business
Essential skills
Full UK Driving License for manual vehicle
Minimum of 2 years senior negotiator experience or higher in residential lettings.
Relationship builder
Excellent communication.
Strong understanding and knowledge or current residential lettings legislation.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proactive
Good telephone manner
Strong IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
