Overview

As a Lettings Branch Manager at Spicerhaart, you will lead a team in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants, driving business growth and success in the residential lettings market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team to discuss sales strategies and performance metrics
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service and retention
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers, ensuring timely and efficient transactions
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive team culture
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work under own initiative, with a strong attention to detail and good IT skills
