About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Branch Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants. As a key member of our property services group, you will be responsible for managing a team of lettings professionals and driving business growth through effective leadership and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily meetings with the lettings team to discuss sales performance, customer service, and business development opportunities.
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service and driving repeat business.
  • Liaise with tenants to arrange property viewings and negotiate offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient lettings process.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies, maintaining the highest standards of customer service and business conduct.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a positive and productive team environment.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings and ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills, with proficiency in basic Microsoft packages.
