About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lettings Branch Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a key member of our lettings team, you will be responsible for leading a team of lettings professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily meetings with the lettings team to discuss sales and lettings performance, goals, and objectives.
- Coach and develop the lettings team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive sales and lettings growth, and to improve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales and lettings performance, and to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential lettings at a senior negotiator position or higher.
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work under own initiative, with minimal supervision, and to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
