And right now, we’re looking for a Process Health & Reporting Manager. Based at our Capenhurst you’ll manage delivery by developing and implementing the Site Service model for Process Health and Data Reporting in a safe, compliant, and reliable manner - across Enrichment, Chemical Processing, Decommissioning & Waste, and Site Shared Services

The Capenhurst Process Health & Reporting Manager will be accountable for providing a range of Process Health and Data Reporting services that support the efficient and effective operation of the Capenhurst site as a whole; operational business units; and other activities that are conducted on site.

The Capenhurst Process Health & Reporting Manager will set the standards and policies for operational excellence analysis and lead the assessment of the overall condition and quality of processes.
Identify opportunities for improvement to streamline between interfacing processes.
Set the standards and framework for performance reporting and associated metrics (business / safety / key performance indicators).
Manage the central repository of reporting data and associated performance reporting / dashboards etc.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement to create / maintain safe, reliable and predictable processes.
Define the KPIs and performance metrics both for delivery as well as system/process health for team performance / adherence across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) to inform data-based decision making.
Responsible for ensuring adherence against the Business Support Services budget.  Prepare, manage, and update all funding requests within the appropriate process (e.g. opex or capex). 
What will your day look like?

Manage the Process Health and Date Reporting Team and interfacing stakeholders.
Timely and compliant delivery of process health and data reporting programme and outputs
Delivering an integrated approach, framework and operating model for Progress Health and Data Reporting services across the Capenhurst site.
Leading the Process Health and Data Reporting Team to ensure the culture & behaviours within the team align with that of the wider Capenhurst to create an engaged workforce and an improved worker experience. 
Being a member of the Business Support Services Management Team working collaboratively, sharing ideas to improve the ways of working and the working environment.
Ensure data reporting is completed and provided to required timeframes to support governance meetings.
Monitoring and evaluating Capenhurst processes to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency, confirming if outcomes and results are being achieved as intended by a process.
Working with process owners to implement and report on Process Performance Measures for the purposes of evaluating the relationship between the process and its outcomes.
What do you need to be great at this role?

Relevant technical degree or equivalent industrial experience
Qualification in a process excellence method such as Lean six-sigma
Internal auditor qualification
Experience of process analysis (defining, documenting, assessing, and scrutinizing business processes and then identify areas for potential improvement).
Experience of streamlining processes or developing solutions that allow for improved efficiency or increased productivity.
Strong Stakeholder management skills.
