We are looking for a proficient Quality Assurance and Management Systems Specialist to join a prominent technology firm.
This position is crucial for overseeing and improving the quality of operational workflows within the Projects and Technical Services division, ensuring adherence to organizational standards, statutory regulations, and legal obligations.
This role presents a unique chance to become part of a nuclear organization at the onset of a growth trajectory in their operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and assist in the upkeep of ISO9001/ISO27001 certifications.
- Provide assistance to guarantee compliance with Health, Safety, Sustainability, and Security protocols.
- Ensure that workflows, processes, and products align with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and assess management procedures, work instructions, and process flows for Projects and Technical Services.
- Implement quality benchmarks and assurance systems for Projects and Technical Services activities.
- Maintain and evaluate documentation within the Management System (EMS) and conduct periodic reviews.
- Prepare and monitor the Site Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Generate monthly reports on QA-related subjects and KPIs.
- Prepare the annual Management Review in accordance with ISO9001.
- Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits.
- Oversee and drive the resolution of audit findings.
- Contribute to quality, health, safety, sustainability, and security investigations, audits, and inspections to promote continuous improvement.
- Develop and sustain a list of qualified suppliers for Core Process Technology.
- Support external and supplier audits.
- Lead and assist in the Quality Deviation Notification process (QDN) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Support project and design quality management processes, including concession and change control.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Engineering.
- Experience in a design/engineering setting.
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
- At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a high-tech environment.
- Proficient in Quality Management Systems.
- Strong IT skills and computer literacy.
- Effective project management, planning, and organizational capabilities.
- Performance-oriented with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Capable of obtaining SC level security clearance.
