About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at DATS Recruitment Ltd. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the quality of operational processes within our Projects and Technical Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review management procedures, work instructions, and process flows for Projects and Technical Services.
  • Implement quality standards and assurance systems for Projects and Technical Services activities.
  • Prepare and track the Site Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
  • Generate monthly reports on QA-related topics and KPIs.
  • Prepare the annual Management Review in compliance with ISO9001.
  • Contribute to quality, health, safety, sustainability, and security investigations, audits, and inspections to drive continual improvement.
  • Lead and support the Quality Deviation Notification process (QDN) to identify root causes and implement corrective measures.
  • Support project and design quality management processes, including concession and change control.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or an engineering qualification.
  • Experience in working in a design/engineering environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality assurance within a high-tech company.
  • Proficient in Quality Management Systems.
  • Excellent IT skills and computer literacy.
  • Effective project management, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Performance-driven with strong communication and influencing abilities.
