Currently, we are seeking an Operator 2 (Day Team) at our Capenhurst facility. You will collaborate with a versatile team across all operational areas to achieve key performance indicators essential for meeting our operational goals.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks according to established procedures to ensure safety and consistency.
  • Actively contribute to the Zero Harm initiative, fostering a safe and secure workplace.
  • Fulfill emergency roles as outlined in the Capenhurst Emergency Arrangements Plan.
  • Coordinate with other facilities to ensure service delivery aligns with operational needs.
  • Maintain personal competency and training compliance.

Key Qualifications for Success

  • Completion of a Process/Craft apprenticeship or equivalent experience in process plant operations.
  • Proven experience in high-risk process plant environments.
  • Understanding of plant safety protocols, environmental regulations, and security measures to ensure compliance.
  • Familiarity with plant control systems and their interrelations across various operational areas.
  • IOSHH managing safety certification or the ability to obtain it.
  • Proficient in utilizing site-specific computer systems and applications.
