Currently, we are seeking a Process Performance & Reporting Manager. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of the Site Service model for Process Performance and Data Reporting, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability across various operational units including Enrichment, Chemical Processing, Decommissioning & Waste, and Site Shared Services.
The Process Performance & Reporting Manager will be responsible for delivering a suite of Process Performance and Data Reporting services that enhance the effective operation of the site and its business units.
You will establish standards and policies for operational excellence analysis and lead assessments of process quality and condition.
Set the benchmarks and framework for performance reporting and relevant metrics (business / safety / key performance indicators).
Oversee the central repository of reporting data and related performance dashboards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure safe, reliable, and predictable processes.
Define KPIs and performance metrics for both delivery and system/process health, focusing on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People (SQCDP) to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Ensure compliance with the Business Support Services budget, preparing and managing all funding requests appropriately.What Will Your Day Entail?
Lead the Process Performance and Data Reporting Team and collaborate with stakeholders.
Ensure timely and compliant delivery of the process performance and data reporting program.
Implement an integrated approach, framework, and operational model for Process Performance and Data Reporting services across the site.
Guide the Process Performance and Data Reporting Team to align team culture and behaviors with the broader organizational values, fostering an engaged workforce and enhancing the worker experience.
Contribute as a member of the Business Support Services Management Team, collaborating and sharing ideas to improve operational practices and the work environment.
Ensure data reporting is completed within required timelines to support governance meetings.Monitor and assess site processes to confirm their effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring intended outcomes are achieved.
Collaborate with process owners to implement and evaluate Process Performance Measures, assessing the relationship between processes and their outcomes.
What Skills Are Essential for This Role?- Relevant technical degree or equivalent industrial experience
- Qualification in a process excellence methodology such as Lean Six Sigma
- Internal auditor certification
- Experience in process analysis (defining, documenting, assessing, and scrutinizing business processes to identify improvement opportunities).
- Proven track record in streamlining processes or developing solutions for enhanced efficiency or productivity.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
